Thought Process:

The instability of the waterbag creates cocontractions in the shoulders and surrounding areas. This creates connection between the arms, shoulders, and chest while also increasing activation.

Movement Prescription:

Loose movers. Athletes that lack the strength in their upper body to be connected.

Feels/Cues:

Fast on the way up. Stabilize it at the top. Balance the bag on your knuckles.

Common Compensations:

Letting the waterbag fall at the top. Loose wrist.
