Arm Care – Pre Throwing
Keep your elbow level with your shoulder and in line w your midline. Throw your arm back behind you as you throw the ball up in the air and catch it before it falls. Start slow and work up the speed
Players who have a hard time feeling external rotation and lack the awareness or shoulder mobility to let their arm catch deep behind them when they throw.
Thumb backwards, field goal, thumb back thumb down, be fast, brace your core, flex your glutes
Using your deltoid to produce and accept most of the force, not getting into external rotation, being too stiff
