Single Leg Hops

Thought Process:

Loading the back leg similar to the delivery with added momentum. Hopping into the whole foot loads the glute. Moving forward upon landing also creates feel for how dynamic the first move can be.

Movement Prescription:

Lack of tension in the lower body. Inability to pull out slack. Arm not connected to trunk.

Feels/Cues:

Land in the whole foot, push into the ground, smoother

Common Compensations:

Moving in pieces, landing on the toes
